Every contribution is greatly appreciated and any amount, big or small, makes a real difference.

UHfR operates on a minimal annual budget and is committed to ensuring that the vast majority of our financial resources are utilised directly for our community support programs. Your donations enable us to provide monthly community support including: supermarket vouchers, clothing, hygiene products, essential household needs, educational and medical supplies.

We aim to provide children with educational packs equivalent to 10€ for each school semester
We aim to provide families with monthly supermarket vouchers equivalent to 30€

We aim to provide families with seasonal clothing vouchers equivalent to 100€

​

Beyond direct community support, financial resources are used to further our advocacy efforts and cover the basic administrative costs inherent in operating a registered Association.

​

It costs us 300€ per month to coordinate and progress our advocacy and awareness raising program.

Sponsoring member

Demonstrate your long-term appreciation for our work by committing to monthly donations as a sponsoring member. This option is the most effective way to support us, as it provides us with the financial security we need to effectively plan and budget for our programs.

We are registered as a charitable association in Germany. Thus, we can provide receipts for tax refunding purposes for German taxpayers only.

 

United Hands for Refugees e.V. is exempt from German corporate income tax and trade tax as a non-profit organisation and is registered with the Hamburg tax office under the following tax number: 17 /442/ 20714 and association registration number: VR 24794.

Receipts for donations of over 200€ are sent out annually in the first weeks of the new year. If you would like to receive a donation receipt from us, please leave your address and e-mail address in the reference section of the bank transfer and Donorbox donation or send us this data by e-mail.

By donating to us, you agree to our Declaration on the Data Protection Regulation:

The data you provide to United Hands for Refugees e.V. will only be stored within the framework of our statutory purposes. These include a) Acquisition of donations, b) Issuing donation receipts, and c) Information about the work of United Hands for Refugees e.V. through newsletters to all donors and members. 

Your data will not be passed on to third parties. You have the right to receive information about your stored data at any time. To do so, send an e-mail to info@unitedhandsforrefugees.orgIf you would like to unsubscribe from our newsletter or have any questions about the direct debit mandate, please also send us an email with your request. Upon termination of your donation to United Hands for Refugees e.V., your data will be deleted upon request if you no longer wish to receive information from United Hands for Refugees e.V.
